Wordpress and PHP are no longer rendered your pages on-the-fly. If you did not install a caching plugin, then your ISP must have done so. You will need to talk to them about undoing this.</p> <p>FYI. To check for caching, look for Wassup's comment tag in the page footer in "view source". It has a timestamp.
