That will forcibly deactivate wassup. Then refresh the "plugins" menu in your browser and double check that Wassup is no longer listed among your plugins. Then install Wassup again and activate it. After that, you need to confirm that Wassup is recording visits in Wassup admin menu: Wassup ==&gt;Options ==&gt;[Statistics Recording] tab and check "Enable/Disable Recording".
