The same user and ip is sometimes only recorded as visitor and sometimes as a registered user with the correct username shown.</p> <p>I looked it up in the database and wassup writes the username in the database but it is not shown everytime. It looks like it is recording but data is only being placed into wassup_tmp and not the wassup table. The last entry in that table is from the day I did the upgrade.</p> <p>I thought perhaps it was something else, so I removed wassup, redownloaded and let it do its upgrade process and no go. I ahd a look at this forum, and that error had been described in other forum messages,: the solution seemed to be to wait while something happened in the background, so I did that.</p> <p>The plugin then appeared to be activated, but when I went to set the Option, the following text appeared in red:</p> <p><code>IMPORTANT: WassUp table empty or does not exist.
