Wassup stats is a marvellous plugin (even if the name is horrible), but that's not why I'm here.

On my install (1.6.4), everything appears to work perfectly, except that SPY Visitors doesn't update.

It'll show the map, and plot where the visitors at that moment in time are from, but thats it... Even if I phone a few friends and ask them to visit, nothing changes unless I manually refresh the page, and then it just displays whoever is on the site at that time until it's manually refreshed again.

Pressing Pause or Play does nothing except add #? onto the end of the browser address.

Any suggestions, or is this a known bug?

Here's my server settings, incase it's any help:

Using WassUp 1.7.2.1 & viewing with Firefox 3.5.5 in Vista Ultimate, I find that the display of SPY Visitors begins to fade after about 4 entries on the screen. This doesn't seem to happen when showing Visitor Details or any other display. Any ideas as to why this is happening and what can be done to correct it?

Nothing happens when I used "Play" and "Pause" in the Spy screen. The records remain fixed on the latest few.

hi,

SPY visitors updates too often for the amount of traffic I have -- every 15 seconds -- but I only get new hits every minute or two -- how can I slow it down so it doesn't keep showing me these blank records? or only updates when there is a new hit?

**This is a BUG Report**

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log-in to your Admin area on your Wordpress blog
2. Click "Wassup" on your navigation
3. Select "Spy Visitors"
4. At the top, right-click on "Logout" and select 'Open in a New Tab'

NOTICE: Although you are now logged out, the browser tab with "Spy visitors" that is still open is still reporting new visitor data. This should not function if you log out of your admin panel.

Hi Michele,

Thanks for this great tool, Wassup is just amazing. I'm experiencing problems with the "Spy Visitors" function. I can see the data and the map, but it don't refresh by itself. I only get new data if refresh my browser, clink again on the "Spy Visitors" link or change the option "Spy itens by".

The links pause and play don't affect in anyway. Both links just append a "#?" in the end of the URL. For example: My "Spy visitors" link is "http://joelteixeira.net/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wassup-spy" if I press play/pause the url changes to "http://joelteixeira.net/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wassup-spy#?" and nothing happens.

Information:
Hosted -> DreamHost
WP-Ver -> 2.7-Final
Wassup -> Ver 1.6.3

First of all, let me thank you all for this amazing tool. I use it on my websites on a daily basis!

My problem is related to the Spy Visitors page. On Visitor Details page everything works perfectly, but on Spy Visitors, even though I am having several visitors on the website, the page doesn't give me any results.. it keeps showing the information "No visitor activity :-(" every 10 or 20 seconds, but no data whatsoever. It's a shame, because I'm a stats guy, and when I use Wassup I'm enjoying every second of it! Great tool!

Hope you guys can help me.

Thanks.

Why can't SPY Visitors exclude spiders? I love watching the hits scroll by but I don't care about the spiders.
