Hello
Like few others I get the:
WARNING! Directory does not exist or is not writable. Please enter a different path above or change "session.save_path" in "php.ini" to point to a valid, writable folder.
In Options - Manage files & Database
I happened after upgrading to the new Waasup 1.5.1 Wp 2.5.1
I have made a directory in the root of my server, called it tmp and given allrights 777 via chmod. The I deactivated Wassup and activated it again. But the error still appears.
It's a really peculiar box for the "Current "Save path" directory for storing temporary files used to track visitor activity"
It can scroll up and down with arrows to the right, but the plugin seems like its totally indifferent what is typed into the savepath.
I would be nice with a few examples in the menu or in the documentation, because its says just /tmp from the beginning, but when that does not work, it's normal to doubt about the syntax. Does it want http://mydomain/tmp or what?
Efter a while the wassup seems to start running, but this error still flashes red, and I can't se anything written in my tmp library at the root of my server?
Apart for that, I'm so glad for the plugin. It helped my in so many ways to learn about my visitors, and what kind of posts that are the most popular. I really appreciate the work. Thx!
Best regards Peter, Copenhagen
