   We would love to use Wassup. I've installed the plugin and the widget is working (http://healthytonguesecrets.com) but there isn't a menu item for me to look at the detailed reports as shown in the screenshots. This is a WordPress 3.0.1 site (fresh install -- not an upgrade from a previous version). I have WP Super Cache installed but even deactivating it didn't make a difference.

   Wassup's menu is usually listed last in the admin menu. It is very easy to miss because it is at the very bottom of the left sidebar. Try scrolling down and down and down... Hopefully it'll be there.

   No, it is not there. While waiting for an answer I uninstalled WP Super Cache to see if that made a difference.

   Lisa,

   Thanks for following up.
   Your problem is one I have never encountered before. Possibly, there is another plugin in your Wordpress setup that is interfering with Wassup. WP Super Cache is known to be incompatible with WassUp, but it does not affect Wassup's menu, only the recording of visitor hits.

   Please provide a list of your active plugins so that I can examine them for compatibility issues.

   You pointed me in the right direction and I figured it out on my own. It was WordPress Sales Automator which has caused problems with other plugins. THANKS!

   Thanks for letting us know what ultimately caused the problem with Wassup. I will add Wordpress Sales Automator to Wassup's list of known incompatible plugins and look for possible fixes.
