"Possible hack attempt" - when I log into wordpress

Hi. I have a strange problem with Wassup that has me confused. When I log into wordpress, via wp-admin, wassup records my log-in as a "possible hack attempt".

I've used wassup for quite a while on older blogs/sites. This has only been a problem when I've installed wassup on sites within the last 3-4 months. I assume this wasn't a problem in the past because of a different version.

It's not really a big deal, I know I'm not a hacker so I don't really worry about the recording. But I'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem and if you know why it's occurring.

Thanks in advance for any info/guidance you can give me.

The "hack attempt" feature was updated in Wassup 1.7 to flag any visitor who attempts to access Wordpress wp-admin area without a valid login. It is enabled by default.

By entering a URL to your blog's admin area before you log in, you are tagged as a possible hacker. After you login, that tag is removed, but the 1st record from before you logged-in stays intact and is not updated retroactively.

For now, the only way to avoid the "hacker" tag, is to disable it in Wassup=>Options=>[Statistics Recording] Tab or to log in by typing "www.myblog.com/wp-login/" instead of "www.myblog.com/wp-admin/" as login URL.
