A Comment i approved from a visitor that had there link as their name back to a site that i mentioned in a post was seen as sp*m. So the commnent is in red and me as the author that approved it is in red.
Also, visitors from stumble upon are being considered Probably "SP*M! (Referer Sp*m)
Any suggestions?
Please could you give me some referer urls recorded as referer spams or a screenshot?

I was thinking that maybe it was looking at the comments name link that refers to their site and maybe b/c it matches a link in the post etc it was triggered?
This seems to have happened after i approved the comment.

It's quite strange because it checks spam referers only in the referer field, so it is possible the user came from a referer spam url then he surfed the blog and every items recorded was triggered as spam. I'll do some checks.
i deactivated then dropped the wassup in mysql -- then activated the plugin again. why if i dropped it does it still remember all the past settings and it still say me as the author is possible refere sp*m.? how do i uninstall? all this started after approving a comment. -- I would like to remove all then add back to see if this still is a prob -- i use on other sites and have not seen this etc...
You have to clean the wassup table, go to the options tab, scroll down, select the "empty table" checkbox and save settings. Your WassUp table will be cleared.
yeah that clears the table as did when i removed from mysql, but the settings are retained somewhere.
1. How do i remove the settings and start all over?
2. And, do you know if i marked a comment as spam and moderated, how do i undo if that comment was not spam after all??
1) you have to run a DELETE query on the Wordpress DB, you could use phpmyadmin to do this:
DELETE *
FROM wp_options
WHERE option_name='wassup_settings'
I'll add a reset function in the next WassUp version
2) go to administration -> Comments -> Akismet Spam
here are every comments akismet (or manually you) marked as spam, if the comments isn't too old
The version 1.4.4 is quite ready and it has a new improved function to mark spam records, I hope it will solve your problem.
