Nothing happens when I used "Play" and "Pause" in the Spy screen. The records remain fixed on the latest few.

You may have a plugin installed that is interfering with WassUp's "spy.js" AJAX operations. To properly diagnose the problem, we need to know all the plugins that you have installed and your Wordpress and Wassup versions.
