Visitor Details not recording anymore (Too few records to print chart...)

I'm far from a wordpress wizzard, so when something doesn't work like it's supposed to do, I'm kind of lost.

I love Wassup. It works great and is very informative. For some reason here recently it just stopped recording data. I tried deactivating and reactivating it to no avail. I've even reinstalled.

Spy Visitors seems to work fine, Current Visitors Online is working great also. Only the Visitor Details seems to be broken. I just get an unending spinning icon that says "Too few records to print chart..."

Is there something I can check to get this working again?

Yes please, check the option tabs, in the Manage Files & Databases check if there are records on the table and on the Statistics Recording tab check if "Enable/Disable Recording" option is checked.

That is checked. I tried unchecking and then rechecking but it didn't seem to change anything.

BTW- not I don't get the spinning icon, I just don't get any chart or information. The other options (spy Visitors, Current Visitors) both have information, so I can see people are online.

Please go to Wassup ==>Options ==>[Manage Files+Database] Tab, look at "Select actions for table growth" and tell us what your current Wassup table useage is in Mb and #of rows. Also, we need to know what version of Wassup you are running.

Here's what it says... (nothing about # of rows) Also... I've loaded 1.6.1.

Select actions for table growth
WassUp table grows very fast (especially if your blog is frequently visited), I recommend you to delete old records sometimes. You can select any option below to reset it, delete old records automatically or manually. (If you haven't database space problems you can leave the table as is)
Current WassUp table usage is: 00Mb ( records)

Alert me (email to: myemailaddress@mywebsite.com) when table reaches 00 Mb
Empty table (export table in SQL format)

Automatically delete records older than: 1 month

Delete NOW records older than: Action is NOT undoable

Thank you for providing the detailed info. It was very helpful. There is clearly a problem with the wassup table on your server. An error must have occurred during the table creation process. There are a couple ways to fix this.
The first is to completely uninstall Wassup so that wassup's table is purged, then install wassup again. Please follow these steps to make sure that Wassup is uninstalled properly:
-go to Wassup ==>Options ==>[Uninstall] tab
-check "Permanently remove WassUp data and settings from Wordpress".
-Save settings.
-After you see the flashing warning message in red, go to Wordpress "Plugins" menu
-Deactivate Wassup.
-Refresh(reload) your browser window and double check that Wassup is now listed as inactive (recently active) in the plugins list.

Activate Wassup and immediately visit a few pages/posts on your site. Then go to Wordpress admin menu ==>Wassup and check if you now have records in Wassup detail. If you still don't have any records or if you have already tried this method and it didn't work, please let me know and I will give you the 2nd fix.

I am also facing same problem. I tried the solution which you have mentioned but it didn't working in my case.
The wass-up version i am using is:1.7.1

My blog details are:

WordPress Version: 2.7

WordPress Host Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0

WordPress Time Offset: UTC 5.5 hours. (7:55 pm)

PHP Version: 5.2.2

PHP Safe Mode : off

PHP File Open Restrictions (open_basedir): off

PHP Script Timeout Limit: 120 seconds

PHP Browser Capabilities File (browscap): not set

PHP Curl: not installed

MySQL Version: 5.1.24-rc-community

MySQL Index (Key) Buffer: 25M

MySQL Read Buffer: 0M

MySQL Wait Timeout: 28800 seconds

Amar...thank you for providing your server config info. We have noted a syntax compatibility problem with Wassup 1.7.1 and the MySQL engine "innoDB" which you have. To fix, go to Wordpress Admin==>Plugins==>Editor, under "Select Plugin to Edit", select Wassup, scroll down to line #2391 and change

$delayed="DELAYED"; //for delayed insert
to
$delayed=""; //for delayed insert

Click "Update File", and you are done and WassUp should start recording detailed records again.
This bug will be fixed in the next revision coming soon.
